– For goods in transit insurance, the item list and invoices must be sent in advance.
– Insurance coverage applies in cases of loss or misplacement.
– Insurance does not cover: glasses, ceramics, screens, crystals, jewellery, artwork, paints, fossils, plants, pet, and others. it also do not cover scratches, marks, and items not packed by EUROBR.
– Items packed by the customer or in self-made boxes are the customer’s full responsibility.
