Shipping:

EUROBR handles shipments for relocation or unaccompanied luggage. All items must be usef, and for personal, household, or daily use.

Commercial cargo shipments must follow the commercial regulations. 

Permitted items:

Clothing, footwear, household items, electronics, home appliances, decoration,
books, toys, tools, office supplies, computer equipment, electronics, school supplies, sports equipment, beauty items, and health and wellness products.

Quotations:

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on time, distance, weight, and volume. The final price may vary.

After 30 days without payment, storage fees and collection costs may apply.

Any extra costs, taxes, or customs duties will be paid exclusively to EUROBR.

Promotions:

Promotions are valid for up to 30 days, exclusively for payments made in cash or bank
transfer, and are not cumulative.

Collection:

Limited to the container or vehicle capacity, for cargo with complete documentation and
payment made, with no prejudice to EUROBR.

EUROBR does not ship cargo without inspection, that
does not comply with customs regulations or lacks necessary documentation.

Delivery:

We do not deliver to rural, indigenous, community areas, difficult-to-access locations, or
areas without pavement.

EUROBR and its partners will only deliver the cargo
upon full payment, with no responsibility or liability in case of non-payment.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are estimated and may experience delays, with no responsibility for
EUROBR.

Important items should be shipped in advance.

Payment:

Payment must be made before shipment, either in cash, by card, or via bank transfer. No
product will be delivered without payment.

If payment is not made
within 90 days, the cargo may be seized, donated, discarded, or sold, with no responsibility or liability for EUROBR.

Insurance:

Insurance coverage is provided in case of loss or misplacement. In some cases, insurance
may cover damages or breakage; however, it does not cover glass, crystals, ceramics, artwork, jewelry, and other items, as well as scratches, marks, and defects.

All items packed by the customer or in boxes made by them are their full responsibility.
